I noticed..

not sure whether they know the rules regarding roundabout or not but i find it quite amusing not only that it happens almost daily but varying style...lol..
for example yesterday as i was about to reach the roundabout albeit a small round island at that, a car from the opposite side just went through the center of the roundabout..whoooshhh...the driver was doing a 90degree turn and he simply ran over the small island...lol..
another day all car stopped and stare at the roundabout and each other, each one urging the others to make the first move..lol
i just wonder....
